Yoga Yoga as training for the whole person: resilient joints, a calm nervous system, a clear head. Dynamic movement, breath, balance and strength.
My classes are an invitation to move with awareness. Challenging, never rigid. Presence, breath and the body, sometimes with music, sometimes in silence. Years of competitive sports shaped how I teach. Trained at TRBY with Christina Bruns & Bradley Franco, workshops with Stewart Gilchrist, currently in teacher training with Rosa Stark & Joseph Robinson. English & German.

Ask Malo Malo is the dog in the room. He knows the dates, the music, the videos and talks a bit of nonsense.
